This policy describes what AIXF Alpha ("AIXF," "we," "us") collects when you use this application, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the assessment needs, we use it only to deliver the product and follow up with you about it, and we do not sell it.
Information you enter. Contact details (name, email, phone, company, address if you provide them) and the business inputs your assessment needs: use case, task type, team size, hours, labor cost, planned investment cost, and readiness answers.
Technical information. Your IP address, captured when you run an assessment. We use it only for rate limiting to protect the free service from abuse.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive only a confirmation that a payment for your assessment succeeded.
To run your assessment and generate your results and report; to email you your results, a receipt, or a single follow up about your assessment; to respond when you contact us; and to protect the service from abuse. That is the full list. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your business inputs with vendors, advertisers, or anyone else, except the service providers below acting on our instructions.
The application runs on Base44 (hosting and data storage). Payments run on Stripe. Email is delivered through Mailtrap. Each processes data solely to provide its service to us.
Every marketing email we send includes a one click unsubscribe link that works instantly, with no login. Once you opt out we will not send further marketing email to that address. Transactional messages you request, such as receipts, are unaffected.
Assessments are retained so you can return to your results and reports through their links. If you want an assessment or your personal information deleted, email report@aixf.ai from the address on the assessment and we will delete it.
